Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 8, 2026

These Terms and Conditions are between you and The Organizational Group LLC, doing business as PressureWasherGuy.com (“PressureWasherGuy.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service through PressureWasherGuy.com and completing payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Full payment is collected securely online at the time of booking — there is no separate deposit, invoice, or balance due afterward.

2. Product Warranties

All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of any products used during service. PressureWasherGuy.com makes no additional warranties. If you have any concern about the work performed, please contact us immediately.

3. Water Usage

By booking a service, you agree to provide PressureWasherGuy.com's washer the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete your service, at no additional compensation to you. It is your responsibility to ensure your water supply is on and in working order before the washer arrives. If a working water supply is not available on-site, your service may be delayed, canceled, or subject to an additional charge.

4. Electrical Usage

By booking a service, you agree to provide PressureWasherGuy.com's washer the right to use an on-site source of electricity as needed to complete your service, at no additional compensation to you. If an exterior power source is required and unavailable, an additional charge may apply.

5. Courtesy & Safety

While a washer is on location performing your service, you are responsible for keeping children, pets, and other individuals away from the work area. Children and pets should be kept off the treated surface for at least 24 hours after service is completed, for everyone's safety.

6. Payment

Payment for your service is collected in full, securely, through Stripe at the time of booking. Your job is not scheduled or posted to our washer board until payment has cleared.

7. Scheduling

Scheduling for outdoor pressure washing services can be affected by weather and washer availability. We do our best to honor your requested timing, but circumstances beyond our control may require a change to your service date. We'll notify you of any change.

8. Removal & Replacement of Outdoor Items

Removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters, and any other movable items in the work area is the homeowner's responsibility. If a washer needs to move an item to complete the service, PressureWasherGuy.com is not responsible for any resulting damage, breakage, or storage of that item.

9. Damages

PressureWasherGuy.com is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to improperly installed siding, loose shingles, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows or doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wiring, loose or improperly installed gutters, or improper caulking. Power and soft washing can cause pre-existing fading or bleaching of aluminum or vinyl siding — caused by sun and weather over time — to become more visible; PressureWasherGuy.com is not responsible for revealing pre-existing conditions like this. PressureWasherGuy.com is also not responsible for loose mortar dislodged during cleaning.

10. Stains

Some stains — including tree sap, oil stains, artillery fungus, and paint splatter — cannot be removed by pressure or soft washing. We'll point out any such areas we notice, but some stains may not be removable at all.

11. Property Condition

PressureWasherGuy.com expects your property to be in reasonably good repair and weathertight, including electrical fixtures, doors, and windows. PressureWasherGuy.com is not responsible for water infiltration resulting from improperly installed, maintained, or repaired electrical items, doors, or windows.

12. Window Spotting

Windows may become spotted as a result of pressure or soft washing service. Window cleaning is not included in standard services.

13. Concrete

The appearance of concrete depends on factors linked to when it was originally poured and cured. Cleaning concrete that has accumulated dirt, mold, mildew, algae, or other pollutants may reveal pre-existing imperfections that were previously hidden. Not all concrete will look uniform after cleaning, even across the same driveway, patio, sidewalk, or slab.

By checking the box on our booking form and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
